Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation, and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
